Who we are
Pontifex Infrastructure is the data-centre land and power activity of Nedpo Group, Lda. (NIPC PT516596799), the controller of personal data collected on this site. This site is separate from the residential site at pontifex.fund, and data collected here is not combined with data from that site. For any question: info@pontifex.fund.
What data we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form: name, company, email, phone, the nature of your interest (operator, landowner or financing partner), the market you care about, and your message. We also record the language you chose and the time of submission.
If you reached us through an advertisement or a link carrying campaign parameters, we store those parameters in your browser so we know which campaign produced the enquiry.
We run no advertising cookies and no analytics tools on this site. There is no tracking pixel, no Google Analytics, and consequently you are not shown a cookie consent request.
We use third-party cookies for campaign measurement. They load only after you agree in the cookie notice, and you can change your mind at any time.
What we use it for
- Replying to you and continuing the conversation.
- Assessing whether a site or an opportunity fits what you are looking for.
- Understanding which campaigns produce useful enquiries.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and, where applicable, your consent.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed by Google services (Google Workspace and Google Apps Script) and stored in a spreadsheet accessible only to the team. The site is hosted by Netlify. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing.
For how long
We keep enquiries while a conversation or commercial relationship is live, and for up to three years after the last contact. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. Write to info@pontifex.fund. You may also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD.

Form gönderimleri Google hizmetleri (Google Workspace ve Google Apps Script) tarafından işlenir ve yalnızca ekibin erişebildiği bir elektronik tabloda saklanır. Sitenin barındırması Netlify tarafından sağlanır. Verilerinizi satmıyor, pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflara aktarmıyoruz.
Ne kadar süre saklıyoruz
Görüşme veya ticari ilişki sürdüğü sürece ve son temastan sonra en fazla üç yıl saklıyoruz. Daha erken silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz.
Haklarınız
